Hi! My name is Liyang Zhu (朱立扬) and I am a first-year PhD student at Duke. Before that, I was a master's student at KAUST where I worked with Prof. Di Wang on differentially private and truthful algorithms. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics at McGill University, where I was happy to be advised by Prof. Masoud Asgharian and Prof. Abbas Khalili.

My research interests are high-dimensional statistics and generative models.
